I applied online and showed them my work and experience. They set up a phone interview with me with some basic questions. They were tying to get to know me and my personality. After a few days they got back to me with an interview at their office. More questions about their culture, weddings, expectations. Seems like they take their time to hire the right people. I got the position so i am happy with the results.
