Interview
They arrange basically three rounds of technical interview. The third one remains to be a screen test most of the times. They ask you to code real time. Now when I am part of the organization, I know the policies and practices better.
As per Yugasa, if a wrong hiring happens then it is disastrous for both, the aspirant as well as the company. The one who may be a perfect fit for Microsoft or Google or Facebook, may not be a good match to them and vice versa. Also they understand that a low performer in company leads to work pressure on senior develops, leading to imbalance in their work - personal life. So they stay vigilant for not hiring a bad fit.

it was smooth and Co-operative , Had 2 technical rounds and one HR Round. They believe in commitment. Company is Good. Process was not so difficult and not so Hard it was moderate. you will be judged on your skills, attitude, proficiency and commitment.
