Informal process as my experience didn't meet the needs of the role. They suggested I come back when I had more experience that would be suitable for the role I was applying to.
After submitting an application, the candidate received a link to take a test that consisted of a combination of programming and problem-solving questions. The difficulty level of the test was not considered to be challenging. After that, an interview was done with the Manager.
