First 30minutes screening with the People Lead, and then a culture Interview with HR and a Lead Consultant. The first interview was more of a get to know each other and align expectations. In the second interview you share your journey and motivations.

The interview process was really long but I had great interlocutors. They told me they wanted to hire me straight away but called me 2 weeks later to tell me that they didn’t got the budget. I appreciated the phone call.
