Applied online then I did a phone interview with HR which took about an hour then on-site interview 1 process engineer manager and a group interview with senior engineers (took 3 hours) on-site interview again got a tour of production floor and process.

Question 1
Design of plastic parts process, simulation on molding,
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ZPower (Camarillo, CA)
Interview
Included a 1:1 with the manager, then a short tour of the facility with two engineers. There was a panel interview with the rest of the engineers on the team and we briefly discussed my skill set and my work style. Finally, there was another 1:1 with the manager to recap what was discussed with the team and he answered some final questions.
This took about 2.5 hours altogether.
