First interview is a basic HR match. Second is a technical interview with a panel of home office managers. They'll ask you general personality questions, if you ask technical questions they probably won't be able to answer because they people in the home office lack field experience or technical expertise to address your questions in the technical interview. The company thrives on a personality that your team are your "cheer leaders." They can't play the game, lack the expertise, and it's obvious. This is a great company if you come up as a project manager, applying the sight and directives of the board, but if you come from outside don't expect the experience to be as effective or progressive as you may have expected in your previous company.
