      AEM Developer Interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Zagalabs in Feb 2024

      Interview

I’ve had two separate experiences with ZagaLabs, and unfortunately neither of them turned out well. The first time they contacted me, I ended up waiting a long time with no outcome. The second time was basically the same story: they made me wait extensively and implied they were talking to clients or making decisions, but never gave me any real response. I kept asking for updates and got nothing back. Essentially, they wasted my time and showed very little respect for the fact that candidates’ time is valuable too. In the end, there was nothing concrete from them, and they never seemed to have a solid position to offer in the first place. If they did have a real role, they should have been transparent about it and moved forward. As it stands, I feel they’re a company that shouldn’t be seeking candidates if they don’t have anything firm to offer.
