I did a phone interview and an in person interview. They were awesome. They took time to explain every detail about the job, gave a tour of the facility, and were interested in who I was as a person as well.

Interview
Sent my resume to a temp agency in the Nashville area. The following day I Had an in person interview with them. That evening i took a tying test as well as a simulation test for general call center procedures and duties. About 4 days later I completed a phone interview with Zander Insurance and within a few hours had a scheduled time for an in person interview for the following day. I met with the HR VP she was very friendly but got right down to business. After the interview was over she gave me a brief tour of the facility. Within an hour i received a phone call and was offered the position.

Interview
It was very well done. Had the interview with vp who was knowledgable and friendly. Positive attitude and explained job functions and responsibities throughly. Seems like a good place to work and grow with the company. Good to employees.
