Interview
I got the interview invite just 30 minutes before the scheduled time, which was very last-minute. The interviewer joined 10 minutes late, and there were constant issues with background noise and network problems from their side.
Throughout the interview, there were constant technical issues on the interviewer's end, including heavy background noise and persistent network problems. This made the conversation difficult and frustrating.
Despite all this, the questions asked were very basic and didn't reflect the depth or seriousness one would expect for a Machine Learning Engineer role.

Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. As mentioned beforehand, I had two rounds of interviews, and everything proceeded as expected. The team was proactive in their communication, providing timely responses and feedback throughout the process, which I appreciated.
The only aspect that felt a bit different was the requirement to join the interview meeting using two devices. However, this was manageable and did not cause any issues.
Overall, it was a positive experience, and I found the process professional, transparent, and well-coordinated.
