Went through a lengthy, month-long interview process consisting of three separate rounds: an initial HR screening, a Hiring Manager interview, and a final technical panel with the Hiring Manager and a Team Lead.
The entire process revealed a deep disconnect within the department. The posted Job Description did not accurately reflect the actual systems, tools, and daily workflows the team uses. The interviewers struggled to map standard technical competencies to their proprietary/legacy stack, showing a distinct lack of clear hiring criteria and decision-making capability.
Despite completing all three rounds successfully, I was rejected, and the company immediately auto-reposted the exact same job listing—an activity they have reportedly been doing for over six months. It is clear this company is either hunting for a mythical candidate who doesn't exist, or simply running "ghost jobs" to build a talent pipeline with no real intent to hire.
A massive waste of professional time. If you are an experienced tech professional, look elsewhere; they do not respect your time or your expertise.
Advice to Management:
Align your Job Descriptions with the actual realities of your technical environment. Train your technical leads on how to properly evaluate transferable engineering and troubleshooting skills, and stop wasting the time of qualified applicants if your budget is frozen or you are chronically indecisive.
