Your interview process was especially unique, since you were selected, we applied for deviation approvals, and before we could roll out the offer letter to you, your family had written a strong negative mail to our founder denoting mismatch in culture from your side, due to which we had to reject you. In fact, even after the first mail, our Founder had politely replied, but the next two mails confirmed that there was a clear mismatch in our culture.
We liked your candidature, and were also in the process of rolling out the offer letter. It takes standard time to complete the background checks, and in your case since you didn't have the pay slips and offer letter from previous company, we had also applied for exception approvals to deviate from the HR policy. But even before we could receive the approvals and roll out the offer letter to you, we received some shocking mails from your husband. This was a strong sign of cultural mismatch, and we are happy that we didn't go ahead with it.
