There were three steps; HR interview, users interview, and offering. It took around one month, but (as I remember) the screening process was longer. The HR and users were friendly, asking before giving further information.

overall it was good, just a normal interview. you came to the headquarters wait a few minutes. and start the interview with HR, but they want to see your teaching skills so I asked to demonstrate.
