I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Zenoti
Interview
The interview hovers mostly around your resume with a special emphasis on the previous work experience. A few questions to test your ability to assimilate and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
The interview process was disjointed. Volunteer recruiters were coming and going and didn't seem to communicate with one another to move the process along. I went through the entire interview process all the way to the VP and was told I'd hear back in a couple days about a decision. I followed up with the recruiter two days later and the e-mail bounced. Because I didn't have any other contact information I decided follow up with the recruiter, VP, and HR on Linkedin. I heard nothing ever from anyone.
These people are unorganized, inconsiderate, unprofessional and unethical.

Question 1
Questions were mainly around SQL DB and behavioral.
It took 3 months to be contacted for an interview, which essentially involved 4 or 5 interviews in total. The first interview was a one-way, timed video interview, the next was a 15 minute call with a recruiter, after that was a 30 minute interview with someone from the team I would be working with, and the fourth interview was with someone I would work with indirectly. It took nearly 2 weeks and multiple reschedules (on their end) before the 4th interview. I was not granted another interview. I reached out for feedback but never received a response.
