There were 3 levels of interviews, first was technical, second was managerial and the 3rd was HR. While the level 1 (L1) was taken by a senior architect, the L2 was taken by the lead of our SBU.

Describe your experience as a architect and what are the considerations you take in architecting solutions for the Cloud
The interview includes 2 rounds L1 and L2. While L1 is a technical round L2 is a techno-managerial round, followed by a HR round for salary negotiations. Followed by the extension of offer based on the performance.

Too tight on the implementation process on fusion HCM modules. Core HR, Absence Management and talent management. good to have knowledge on these modules and solution for customized requirement which customers ask for.
