The questions and process was average but I didn't like that in the last interview they refused to talk about the benefits/perks and what they could offer given that they had already asked about salary expectation. I didn't ask about benefits/perks in previous steps of the interview process hoping they would bring the topic or just for both parts to get convinced there was a fit before asking it, but was not expecting the answer I got.
The impression I got is of an asymmetric relationship where they want to test you, but they are not willing to share anything they can offer to you until you pass all the interviews and are accepted. Which seems a waste of time since you have to commit your time without knowing if what the company offers fits your expectations/needs. Again, this was the impression I got from the interview process.
Besides, as with most company's, when you're rejected you only receive a generic thanks message after all the effort one has put in the process. At least they could provide some personalized feedback.
