Manager was extremely kind and easy to talk to. She was thorough about my previous employment, but eager to get to know me and see if I would be a good fit for the team.

How have you previously handled difficult customers?
The interview process was quick and easy. After I sent in my application, I met with an interviewer at one of the brick-and-mortar locations where multiple interviews were being held that day. I was only asked a few questions, and I believe I heard back within a week, asking which location I would prefer.

The interview process was a FaceTime call or zoom call, you can decide which is easier for you. Pretty lengthy interview but lots of good information about the company. Definitely more about personality than experience
