I interviewed 3 times over a staggering 10 weeks. On my 2nd interview, Steph didn’t know who I was or why I was there. Never asked me anything pertinent (since he didn’t know who or why I was there) but managed a 20 monologue on how important he is.

They interview you for about an hour. First with the hiring manager, then with the owner, then with the family's assistant. Way too serious of an interview process for a catering job.
