The process started with an initial screening call with a recruiter. This call was mostly to understand my background, interests, and why I was interested in an internship at Ziraat Bank. The recruiter asked about my education, any previous internship experiences, and my familiarity with different programming languages. The next step was a technical interview with one of the software engineers from the team. This interview was conducted over a video call and lasted about an hour. Following the technical interview, I had a behavioral interview with a member of the HR team. This interview focused on my soft skills, cultural fit, and how I handle different work situations. I was not able to get the job but I was pleased with their process.
