I applied online. I interviewed at Zola (New York, NY)
Interview
A couple screening questions by email, and a video call with a somewhat senior person that this role would work alongside. Interview was barely 30 minutes long. Took a few questions at the end.

Interview
It was lengthy and DRY... The person was so uninterested, she seem like she wasn't into her job and the interview. They arrange a odd time for the interview close to 4pm and she seem rush to leave the interview and question nonstop and interrupt me while I was speaking. No follow-up and realize she wasn't even working there anymore. Odd - don't waste your time. do not see this as a great place to work.

Interview
It was lengthy and the person wasn't really interested in hiring, just drag the interview into a long process with questions and her opinion about my responses. Reasons why I should be hire for the position, and why I am leaving my current positions. Basic questions about my job functions and capabilities. Over-stressed about how crucial the role is and the job description. And After the long interview and questions said will take a month or months for a response.
