Interview
I interviewed with a recruiter, my future boss, and his boss, in 3 separate brief interviews. They were all online via Zoom Video Conferencing. I was offered a job after the 3rd interview. It took a few days to receive a formal offer letter, but I was provided the details verbally before given the formal offer.

Interview
You didn't even bother responding to me or giving me the time of day and to add insult to injury, sent a rejection email as if I'd even had a chance to interview for the role. Real nice.
