Interview
Did a phone screen with the recruiter, who did not show up to the scheduled time, but emailed me later saying she had a conflict so we had to move the call to the afternoon. Prior to me coming onsite, she called me and told me that if they are bringing me on site, they are close to making me an offer, unless something went terribly wrong.
Came onsite for a 3 hour interview with 5 people. Overall a really great experience with the team itself, and walked away feeling excited.
Did not hear back from recruiter for almost 2 weeks so I sent a follow up. She finally got back to me and said they decided to move forward with another candidate. I sent a follow up asking for more details, because based on our phone conversation, I did not think anything went wrong in the interview.
Overall I think the Accounting team is a great team, would have loved to work with them. Really positive experience and enjoyed meeting them. The recruiting team is messy and needs to improve on communication.
