The interview process wasn't bad, but I have the feeling that I didn't proceed to a next step, or perhaps take the job position, because I wasn't able to answer some of the questions entirely correct, or I did not give the answer that the interviewers were expecting.
It is not possible for anyone to be fully prepared for an interview if they don't know exactly what type of questions will be asked. Also, ruling out a candidate because some questions weren't answered perfectly without a proper hands on testing on a more real situation where the skills can be demonstrated instead of just answering some questions. This would give a more fair opportunity to the person that was interviewed and basically ruled out for not answering the questions exactly the way that interviewers were expecting. Wouldn't it be better to add a practical session, so that the person can show a more real potential instead of just asking theory questions?
