Zoom Room Dog Training   interview questions

Talked over what the business was about and what a normal day looks like. Was contacted for a second “working” interview, which was the other employees asking me training questions as if they were a customer and me demonstrating a response.

I applied via job board and after a week got message to setup initial interview the owner. After that I had another interview with other members on the team. They moved very quickly when it came to the interview process. I was able to ask questions and see what the role entails. After that the same week they offered me the position and start after the holiday break. However, after 1 day of working they decided to let me go and retract the offer. The feedback I got I felt was very unjustified and didn't really explain in detail why. I am confused in how you can judge someone of the work of only 24 hours. I had just gotten access and a work email. My experience on this has been frustrating since I turned down other offers and interviews to take on this what I thought was going to be a great opportunity to learn and grow from. Not the best experience overall based how they judged me very quickly.
