I had an initial screening with a really nice lady and then an interview with the marketing coordinator, who was also pretty nice, along with an assessment. The reason why my experience was negative is because they make you take an assessment without providing you with the proper tools/software to take it or warning you ahead of time what tools you would need. I found that incredibly stressful and a complete waste of time. It honestly made me not want the job because I could only imagine what processes/technology is lacking in the actual role. Additionally, there was 0 follow-up even though I basically went through 2 rounds of interviews. So long story short, people were nice, process was bad and inefficient.
