Applied in September and heard back relatively quickly. Everyone was super friendly during the interview process, but I received a generic "your qualifications didn't meet the needs of the company" after 4 interviews with four different people. The interview process lasted over three weeks and I took a lot of time off only to be left with generic unhelpful rejection. Not only that but the person they hired had similar experience. I don't mind a rejection, but be honest about the reason especially after a candidate has spent so much time interviewing. Also the recruiter called me to reject me instead of an email which is just super awkward.
