4 interviews. 1st one is screening, 2nd is in depth about the role with a dispatcher, why you’re interested in dispatching. 3rd. Operational question, scenarios. Interview with an Operations Supervisor. 4th is in person with the actual supervisor of the site.

Interview
There were a total of 4 interviews ranging from the pre-screening from recruitment to the bus yard supervisor. The calls lasted for approximately 15-30 minutes, and the questions were pretty much the same just asked differently.
