It was super informal, very relaxed. They didn't ask hard code questions, in fact, they didn't screen on technical ability at all. I mostly spoke with them to get an idea of what kind of projects they had, and what I could be working on. They seemed to be mostly looking for if I was a good personality-fit with the company, as they were quite small when I joined. This could certainly have changed, as they've grown quite a bit in the past few years.
