For the first round interview, HR officer did a phone interview to me about work experience, background check etc. which lasts for eight minutes. Then within a week, they informed me to get in touch with the field manager for the second round. I thought the interview would be serioud but glad it was just a relaxed chat, no stress at all :)

The phone interview asked about past experience, why I wanted the job, why I thought I would be good at the job, what kind of hours I wanted, and if I was comfortable doing comission only work. When I was called back and asked to meet a field manager I assumed there would be more questions but I basically watched her work (after she showed up 15 minutes late, and I did not get clear instructions on where to go when I got to the Zhers) and was asked if I thought I could do the job. I was asked to sign some agreements without reading them, but she let me take the pages I hadn't signed home to read.
