plusieurs entretiens, l'un RH au téléphone puis celui d'après avec la manageuse puis un cas pratique avec un délais une semaine environs avec plusieurs rendus à faire sur un projets factice pour se mettre en situation. Des questions assez basiques.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at adm Group (Saint Louis, MO) in Sep 2024

The process was straightforward and the follow up was timely. The interview was very casual. There was a second phone interview that was also very casual. We didn’t discuss many job specifics.

Question 1
Describe a challenging project and how you responded to the challenge.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at adm Group in Jan 2025
Interview
I completed three interviews over the course of several weeks, each lasting between 30 minutes to an hour. I invested a significant amount of time preparing and engaging thoughtfully with the team, and was initially encouraged by their responsiveness!
However, after the final interview, I never received any feedback or follow-up - not even a rejection email. Ghosting candidates after multiple rounds is unprofessional and reflects poorly on a company's internal communication and respect for others' time.
Even if a candidate is unsuccessful, basic courtesy goes a long way. I hope the company improves its candidate experience moving forward.
