One of the worst experience I ever had on my career,
Interview process involved 4-5 rounds including home code challenge.
1. Interview with VP
2. Take home code exercise
3. Technical interview with their two lead engineer.
The two lead engineer doesn't seems to be qualified to take interviews , they even don't know what questions to ask or how to portrait in front of candidates ,
They were laughing for no reason during interview.
I have answered them all questions they have asked yet they rejected saying your professional qualification doesn't match with required role, seriously ?
Advise to HR/VP- Please don't waste time of candidates and if you don't have justified reason for rejection then show professional ethics to acknowledge the same.
