The overall process was very fast and straightforward. I applied on a Friday afternoon directly with the agency and on Monday morning i was contacted by the internal recruiter to arrange the initial intro call. Following that, my first round of face to face interview was arranged with the hiring manager. The first round was pretty easy-going, where the hiring manager, who was joined by other team members, asked me about my skills and experience. The conversation then moved to some scenario-based questions. Everyone made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I then moved on to the next round which was task-based. That too, went well. Following this, there was a 3rd round which was with the HR Manager on the company values. Immediately the next day I received an offer! Overall, I would say the interview process was very straightforward and moved fast. I appreciated that, unlike other companies I have applied at, they do not make candidates wait around for ages to provide feedback or to move to the next round.
