Interview
Interview with an HR person and two software developers. Questions from HR side were mostly typical stupid HR questions like 'tell about yourself', 'what were your grades in college', 'why did you leave your last company' etc. Those types of questions occupied most of the time of our meeting. After we finished with those crap questions there was very little time to discuss technical stuff and ask questions. Most tech questions that were asked were related to technologies that were mentioned in my CV and used in my last projects. Most of them very basic. There was definitely lack of opportunity to reveal my technical experience and knowledge during the interview.
Overall - one of the worst interviewing experiences. HR person had an arrogant attitude like 'we are super-duper-mega company; you're scum until proven otherwise; impress us with something'. I expected a better understanding of tech recruitment process from this company that tries so hard to build a good PR profile.
I didn't continue to interview with the company after this negative experience.
