Be ready to be grilled - this will be a long process and you will be meeting with people who are smarter than you. They want to gauge your knowledge so they will ask questions you may or may not know the answer to - do yourself a favor and just be yourself - there are 10 employees they also want to make sure the corporate culture matches up
