Initially, I was still enrolled in my final semester in college. I submitted an application in person, but was informed there were currently no positions available but someone would call if one became available. I was called by human resources about 2 months later to come in for an interview. I was interviewed for less than 15 minutes and offered me a job. The current process is more professional and thorough.
