Interview
Straight forward interview process. Screener call, meeting with the owner and then a mock pitch.
All was well, and everyone was very responsive throughout the process, at the final call I was told I’d have an answer and then the company ghosted me despite following up. Completely unprofessional especially considering I was told I was a top candidate based on feedback.
My thought is the company is not actually looking to hire, they are window shopping with no intention of actually moving forward
