First, there will be a brief self-introduction. Then, the interviewer will dive deeper into your past projects and internship experiences — you’ll need to clearly explain what you did, why you did it, what impact it had, and whether there were areas you think could be improved.
After that, you’ll proceed to a Fermi estimation exercise, followed by a case interview on a similar topic. However, it will be a relatively simple version — you won’t be required to conduct a full-scale analysis with charts or detailed calculations.
I applied online. I interviewed at beBit in May 2019
Interview
We arranged a Skype Interview. The HR is quite nice. She first asked some behavioural question, like describe yourself, tell me sth. on your resume, why you want to be a consultant, etc. Then we do a mini case.
The only thing I am not so satisfied is that she told me they would tell me the results whether I get the offer or not. But actually they never reach out to me again.

Question 1
How many people are doing an interview now in Shanghai?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at beBit (Taipei) in Nov 2017
Interview
Questions about resume and some personal characteristic questions. A sizing case with less then 10 mins to think, and not a interactive case, last question is that if you can do research what will you do to make the estimation more precise.
