Interview
There are two round of interview. The first round is HR interview, the second I was interviewed by Great China Manager.
The questions were very the same as they are stated on the Internet. There were lots of information and previous questions. The first part of the interview was largely talking about personal information, i.e. resume question.
The second part was case interview: how to increase the profit of IKEA. Other one was how to estimate the client in 711 per day.
Fermi Estimation Technique. They will give you a random scenario and ask you to gauge a number that you might never have thought of. For example how many street lights are there in Tokyo?

First, after apply the position by mail.You will receive a on-line test like aptitude test (numerical , verbal),if you pass the on-line test. You will invited to office do a interview with HR. the process including self introduction,behavioral interview question with your CV, and then do a small case interview( marketing size question).

Interview
one written test (math) and another round of HR interview, which contains general questions and a mini case study. The HR was really nice and professional. The written test might be waved if you are not physically in the office you are applying to.
