Final Interview was pretty tense, supervisor said that it would last between 1 - 1,5 hours. It was mostly myself speaking during this time, and questions were very meticulous and detailed. Definitely not your *what's your weakness? kind of questions.

- Tell me about your background.
- Why did you decide to leave your job?
Tell us about a time you failed to meet a customer's expectations. How did you handle it and what did you learn?
- Describe a situation where you had to deal with an angry or abusive customer. How did you remain professional?
- Tell us about a time you received critical feedback. How did you respond and implement changes?
- Walk us through a time you had to go up and beyond for a customer, with a task that was outside of your responsibilities? Walk us through how you'd investigate and handle this.
- Have you had any experience in Betting or Gambling / do you bet?
Really easy in a few words. Short call in English with general questions about my experience, then, face to face interview explaining about the roles and payments.
Interviewers were very polite in the hole process.

Interview
Phone screen, teams meeting with a hiring manager, I was asked to describe my resume and work experience. I believe it was a ten week sign off phase before you are signed off and put into your team.
