Overall the interviews were pretty well structured, mainly questions around experience, technical skills, code walkthrough and what the culture at Bet365 was like. All interviews were quite positive, and the recruiter who was liaising with me throughout kept mentioning it was all positive and looking good, until I get a phone call a week after the final interview saying I wasn't a good enough fit. I appreciate that, but when a recruiter is saying it's all looking good and positive, this is a bit of an unexpected phone call, so either a recruiter is exaggerating, or something else.
