I went through one screening interview and one technical interview. This is an international company. Note that you might be interviewing with teammembers who are from/located in another country- noting cultural differences in communication. Try to take their responses/questions for face value and try not to read too much into reactions or follow up questions.
Overall, I was a good fit for the job. I was asked how I would avoid getting bored in the role. (I have 8 years of experience.) When I noted my area of growth (network skills) and said that area would keep me from getting bored as I have areas I can grow in. I got denied for the role and the feedback I received was that it was due to my lack of network skills.
I want to note that the recruiter was late for the screening call and the interviewers were late for the interview as well.
