      Supply Chain Manager Interview

      Apr 3, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Houston, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at bp (Houston, TX) in May 2015

      Interview

The interview process was great!! The gentleman I interviewed with was courteous and knowledgeable about the industry, BP and the job itself. However, this was to be a 2 part interview. I made it through the first round and was invited to the 2nd round. The day before my 2nd round appointment, the recruiter called and said the company was going through a re-organization and the interview was on hold. He promised, the job had not gone away; just not sure what new department it would wound up in. He said BP would not start the interview process over with new interviewees and as soon as the re-organization was over I would get a call for my 2nd round interview appointment. I never got a call nor email to reschedule. I still feel like I've been left hanging. I'd love to have the 2nd interview and think about contacting BP often. I think all interviewees deserve to be contacted again with a status update.
