45 min interview with 2 people. Very straight forward and honest interview. Both were very good people. They wanted to find out about my background and how my experience would benefit the role. They asked a lot about process experience and how I have implemented process lead training.

Interview
I began by taking a quiz where I was given scenarios and had to pick the best answer. I then interviewed with a 3 person panel. They took turns asking the usual questions that allowed you to show how your past experience can translate into their open position. The atmosphere was fairly laid back. They answered my questions in detail. They also gave me the timeline for their decision on a crossing a candidate.
