I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at bp (Hull, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
lengthy application process which involved long written answers, online tests, a telephone interview and then a technical interview. An assessment centre followed this but sadly i didn't progress past the technical. Phone interview was standard and more character based. Technical was said to be tailored to your CV, skill set and application answers. Two Engineering scenarios. Interview lasted about an hour and a half.
