I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at bp (London, England) in Nov 2010
Interview
Interview was over two days and consisted of a comptency, technical, and trader assessed exercise. A well planned and organised interview process although it dragged on for two days, when it could have just been for one. The interview, I felt, did not allowed applicants with the best skills+experience to shine through as the questions that were asked seemed to be very basic.
