Lengthy initial application form requiring details of extracurriculars and a longer 'motivation' question. Situational judgement test was tougher that I have sat for other companies, but try to keep the values in mind. Verbal and numerical tests were straightforward and easier than a lot of practices available online. Telephone competency interview was intense but answer honestly and openly and, again, always try to link back to the competencies/values.
