      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at bp (London, England) in Dec 2012

      Interview

First interview took place on campus of our business school, after having been successfully interviewed, I was invited to the assessment centre. Assessment centre was standard: group work, presentation, biographical interview, case study. As for case study: The assessor during the case study would constantly get confused and ask same questions which have been already answered, I felt a constant redundancy and sometimes I didn't feel the assessor really understood what I'm talking about due to his quite weak language skills. At the end of the interview he switched to Russian (since both of us are russians) and started dissuading me from applying to BP.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at bp (Semarang, Central Java) in Oct 2016

      Interview

The recruitment process consists of three interviews, all are online. In the first interview, it's recorded and conducted by a web application. BP hires a web application to facilitate the interview. On the interview, questions are provided on screen then you are given time to think later to record your answer around 2 minutes. Most of the questions are related to leadership. If you passed, they will arrange for the second interview with users. The same as the first interview, BP uses web application but this time live, in my case the web didn't work so we used call conference. There are two interviewers bombarding with questions that I noticed it was related to BP's value. My suggestion are make little research about the company values and use STAR method to answer. I didn't pass the second interview, so I can't tell you the second interview.
