Was approached directly for the role and had a positive initial experience. They did a short phone interview and I was then invited to an interview in Sunbury. I had to do 3 ability tests, a personality profile and prepare a presentation - I had 3 days' notice. The interviewers themselves were lovely. However, despite being told I would hear from them by the end of the week I have not received an outcome of my application. I have contacted them and asked for an outcome but nothing. I found this very rude and given the amount of effort I put in to the application (at least 6 hours prepare for tests and presentation alone) I would expect and outcome and feedback. It doesn't suggest they value their employees.
