I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at bp (Austin, TX) in Sep 2013
Interview
I applied through my university's on campus recruiting in early September. I received an interview about a week later. There was a company dinner the night before that helped the candidates understand more about the company culture. The interviewers were all nice and helpful.

Question 1
The interview was two part. The behavioral section was pretty predictable
-A time you thought on our feet
-A time you received good advice from a mentor
The technical section was more difficult than I had expected and asked the candidates to do a times assignment of moving gas in and out of storage to meet supply and demand and the instructions were a little confusing.
I had a panel interview for entry level position of the financial analyst. All the process was run smoothly, with support of HR business partner. Technical questions were not applied, since before interview I had technical skills test. Mainly questions were covering soft skills and career objections.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at bp (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
Straight forward process from beginning to the end.
took about 6 weeks from start to get an offer, all interview stages were virtual aside the final stage where I had to go in
Very difficult questions. I can't quite understand the connection between the interview questions and the job responsibilities of the advertised position. Overall, the application process lasted for 5 months and some unnecessary steps along the way.
