Recruiter scheduled the interview via email and did not call to have a chat before hand.
Interview was old school "what can you do for the company" style, testing on technical know-hows, market knowledge.
Whole process got no sense of human / personal touch to it

Interview
First, there is a HireVue interview focused on behavioral questions. Next comes a technical, scenario-based interview. Finally, candidates attend a superday with multiple interviews, case reviews, and evaluations that span the whole day on the companies information.
Initial hireview screen. The second level was a 5 person panel interview. Some panel members were incredibly rude and condescending. I would not work for this company based on that.
