The people who interviewed me are very friendly. They asked behavioral questions as well as some technical questions. They sometimes began to keep notes as you were answering them --- don't need to worry if they do that.

First we had a test, it had basic mcq questions from well logs and petroleum geosciences. then we were shortlisted to the interview. It was amazing, the interviewer was polite and helping. The interview was for 1 hour and I was given 3 slides of seismic section to look into and interpret.

There may or may not be an online 'screening call' followed by a 1-1.5 hour interview that is mostly behavioral with some technical (for example, look at a seismic line and tell us what you see)

I applied through the AAPG Student Expo in Houston. I talked to recruiters on Thursday afternoon and in the evening I was called to come back the next day for an interview which was a behavorial one. The questions were mainly centered around BP core values.
